The key aspect of Jurian’s practice is representing clients considered suspects in financial-economic criminal cases. For instance, in investigations into forgery of documents, money laundering and suspected breaches of the Economic Offences Act. Furthermore, he represents injured parties in criminal cases and regularly handles cases that are a mix of criminal law and business law.

Jurian graduated cum laude in criminal law in 2017 and has worked for the Dutch Public Prosecution Service. He joined TRIP Law in 2020. Jurian is strongly analytical and can quickly ascertain the core of the matter in complex cases. He aims to reach out-of-court settlements but will, if necessary, convincingly present your case in court.
