L. (Lars) van Maanen

As management consultant, Lars is specialised in handling and winding up bankruptcy cases. He assists the insolvency practitioner throughout the process by carrying out such work as helping sell assets, preparing dismissal proceedings, and drawing up an inventory of debts. In addition, Lars liaises closely with all involved parties, including the insolvent, the creditors, the employees, the potential restarters, the law courts, the tax authorities and the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV).
