Nicolette is specialised in European competition law, assisting companies, government, and local and regional authorities with questions concerning state aid law, cartel bans and merger control.

Over the years, Nicolette has built up considerable experience in competition law and obtained her doctorate from the University of Groningen on the subject of Big Data, machine-learned algorithms and competition law. She works rigorously and resolutely, and it is important to her that she works with the client. Nicolette: “I see my client as a partner.
