Peter is specialised in special criminal law, particularly in the fields of environmental criminal law and criminal tax law, working conditions legislation, fraud and corruption. He litigates, advises and is involved in carrying out internal investigations and improving compliance with respect to fraud, corruption, white washing and sanctions law.

Peter is an experienced litigator, acting in complex, extensive and media-sensitive criminal proceedings. In order to be able to provide optimum representation, he has access to a team of junior lawyers and paralegals and works with other disciplines, both internal and external, where necessary. Through his work in special criminal law, he has extensive experience with investigative authorities such as the Fiscal Intelligence and Investigation Service, customs, and the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority as well as regional investigative authorities such as FUMO and Regional Implementing Agency.
