Wybe is a lawyer and insolvency practitioner appointed by the courts. He also acts as administrator in suspensions of payments and is appointed by the courts as restructuring expert in court approval of private composition (prevention of insolvency) processes. Wybe litigates and advises in various fields, often in areas where insolvency law and business law overlap.
Wybe has been with TRIP since 2007 and a partner since 2018. He is a true lawyer for entrepreneurs, acting as a right hand in good and in financially bad times. Wybe is pragmatic and can reduce complex legal theory down to the key practicalities for his clients. Naturally, he presents his clients with all the options but he also truly advises. Wybe is always available for his clients, including in the evening and in weekends.
