mr. A.H. (Ai-Hua) Chiu

As part of the notarial section for business law, Ai-Hua works in the field of business and corporate law, with a particular focus on national and international restructuring and business successions. She also advises on divisions and setting up legal entities (such as public and private limited companies, foundations and associations), privacy structures, private equity structures and M&A transactions.

Ai-Hua studied tax law in Groningen and graduated in notarial law in 2000 from Radboud University Nijmegen. She has been working for TRIP Law since 2007. Clients value her broad experience that she applies in clear analyses and practical solutions
