D.T.B. (Diana) Dekker

Diana is specialised in the financial handling and settlement of insolvency cases, liquidation and compulsory compositions. Through her considerable experience as a management consultant and, previously, as administrator for debt restructuring, she has worked closely with administrators on many insolvency cases. She works for a wide range of industries, from healthcare institutions to construction companies.

With her enthusiasm, Diana is able to settle insolvency cases efficiently and practically in the interests of the joint creditors. Diana is also responsible for the financial-administrative organisation of the liquidation department. She is also keen to use her knowledge and experience to help new lawyers when handling liquidations and happily gives guest lectures on the subject.
