Herbert Kemme specialises in notarial property practices. With his expertise, he advises and represents clients in property transactions, divisions in apartment rights, new developments, the provision of security (mortgages and pledges), as well as establishing rights of superficies and rights of ground lease.

In recent years, he has also worked on energy transition and has developed his knowledge and experience in establishing right of superficies for wind parks, solar parks and wind turbines.
