Jitze is specialised in business law and insolvency law, with a particular focus on financing and security. In this respect, he mainly deals with company restructuring, directors’ and officers’ liability proceedings, and proceedings enforcing security.
He also advises on (commercial and non-commercial) contracts and regularly represents his clients in court. He has a considerable sense of commitment to his clients, carries out thorough analyses of the judicial question and has an excellent expertise in his field.
