mr. H.J. (Joost) Funke

Joost has specialised in employment law since 1997 and mainly represents businesses, organisations and foundations although his clients also include individual employees. His focus lies on collective and individual dismissal cases, reorganisations, drawing up employment contracts and cases concerning non-competition clauses.

Joost works closely with his clients and is practical and solution-oriented. If legal proceedings cannot be avoided, then he will do his best to get the most out of the situation for his client. He is also co-author of the book SDU Commentaar Arbeidsrecht and regularly writes annotations for the journal Jurisprudentie Arbeidsrecht.
