M.J. (Marloes) Koning

Marloes is insolvency assistant and Debt Restructuring (Natural Persons) Act (WSNP) administrator. The courts of Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden regularly appoint her as administrator, and she is a member of the association of WSNP administrators (BBW).

As a WSNP administrator, Marloes checks that the debtor is meeting the commitments set by the debt restructuring scheme and reports this to the court. Her contact with the debtor is clear and transparent yet does not lose sight of the human aspect of the situation. Marloes is also responsible for the management and liquidation of estates and maintains contact with the creditors and other involved parties.
