mr. P. (Patrick) Zoeten

Patrick works for the government practice, advising and litigating mainly for local and regional authorities but also for other government bodies as well as natural persons. Patrick advises and litigates on a wide variety of subjects but is particularly interested in public order law.

Patrick has strong analytical skills and enjoys ploughing through a case so that the interests of the clients can be served as best as possible. In addition, he enjoys resolving complex situations, working along with the client. Patrick followed the Toga Master’s programme at the University of Groningen, specialising in criminal law and constitutional law and administrative law. During the programme, he gained experience in a number of law firms, at the Dutch Public Prosecution Service and in the judicature.
