mr. R.S. (Rick) van der Spek

Rick specialises in insolvency law and business law. He has extensive experience with legal proceedings and is an insolvency practitioner and adviser for companies with financial problems. He is also adviser and negotiator for corporate takeovers and in the field of governance and shareholder disputes.

Rick is head of the business law section at TRIP Law and is an authority and sparring partner both within and outside the company. He knows his subject matter as he is himself an experienced director and supervisory board member and is regularly appointed as an official for the Netherlands Enterprise Chamber. He is known to be a good listener and fast thinker and his toolkit from his mediation training helps him in finding solutions. Rick is clued in financially and has a wide network.
