mr. A.J. (Arie) Mes

Arie is specialised in property law and notarial shipping practices, sometimes overlapping with business law. His clients range from start-up companies to well-seasoned entrepreneurs, investors and property investors, shipping companies and shipyards, government authorities, social housing associations and investment companies.

Alongside his day-to-day work, Arie is an external doctoral student researching three-dimensional ownership in property law at the University of Groningen. Along with this, he regularly publishes scientific articles and lectures on subjects such as circular construction and apartment rights. Arie aims to combine science and practice in his way of working, so his clients are served a pragmatic, tailor-made approach that also upholds quality and the theory of law.
