Rienk is specialised in business law, insolvency law and contractual disputes. He represents clients for instance in legal proceedings concerning directors’ and officers’ liability (falling both under and outside liquidation), corporate takeovers and disputes concerning the demerger of partnerships. Rienk is an insolvency practitioners and also assists other insolvency practitioners with regularity audits and insolvency settlements.

Rienk has worked for TRIP Law since 2016. He excels in thinking up creative solutions and quickly scrutinizing the material and has a strong sense of justice. He works tactically and effectively whilst taking into consideration the financial and social interests of his client.
