Tobias is primarily involved with advising and litigating for local and regional authorities and other government agencies. He covers matters pertaining to permits, lawful and unlawful government acts and the Government Information (Public Access) Act. He feels it is very important that he is in close contact with people, and in particular his clients.

Tobias has worked for various government authorities as in-house legal counsel and is therefore well-acquainted with how government organisations work and how he can best represent his clients. Through a postgraduate specialist programme in general administrative law, Tobias has developed as an expert in his field. He has a strong perception of administrative relationships and is able to understand the intrinsic motivation of his partners. This helps Tobias achieve the required results for his clients.
